Below you will find our order request form. Please fill out this form or call us at 765-878-4798 to begin the process.

While you browsed our inventory, you may have noticed product numbers listed above the specifications. Product numbers are written as a letter and a number, e.g. D2. You will need this information to complete the following form. Once you've submitted your request online, our team will review it and reach out to you to via your preferred contact method to schedule an in-person appointment. Requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Please understand that while we strive to keep an accurate representation of our inventory online, sometimes we sell our slabs faster than we can update our website. We will notify you of any availability issues when we contact you.
